These terms describe use of the website and account features at weaze.app, operated by the Weaze team.
What is available today
The website provides product information, interactive previews, and Weaze accounts. Delivery booking and payments are not available on the website yet. Creating an account does not place an order, request a rider, or reserve a delivery.
Any delivery prices, arrival estimates, parcel statuses, or business results shown in the demos are examples. They are not quotes, confirmed service availability, or commitments to deliver.
Your account
Provide accurate account details and use an email address or Google account that you control. Keep verification codes and access to your email or Google account private. Do not share a code with someone claiming to need it for support.
Log out when using a shared device. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your Weaze account or if your account details need correcting.
Responsible use
Use the website without interfering with other people or the service. Do not attempt unauthorized account access, send abusive verification requests, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or use automated attacks against the website.
Use sample information in product demos. The demos are for exploring the product and are not a channel for sending real delivery instructions or sensitive parcel details.
Privacy and sign-in providers
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle website account information, cookies, Google sign-in, and requests to access, correct, or delete information.
If you choose Google sign-in, your use of your Google account is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
Map and address search features use Google Maps. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Map results do not confirm delivery coverage or a live delivery price.
Support and changes
For help with your account or these website terms, contact the Weaze team at saeed@onsell.ai. You can use the same address to request account deletion.
We may update the website and these terms as account features and delivery services develop. The date above shows when this page was last updated. Any future booking or payment service will explain its applicable terms before use.
